This Community Plugins entry is being appended under the "## License" section, which makes the License section inaccurate/misleading and doesn’t match the PR description. Please move this bullet into the appropriate community/community-extensions area (or add a dedicated "Community Plugins" section in the README) and keep the License section limited to licensing information.
