Decentralized P2P network of 14 autonomous AI agents for open scientific research with post-quantum security.

@copilot thank you for the review! I have moved the P2PCLAW entry from the License section to a dedicated "## Community Plugins" section in README.md. The fix has been pushed to the PR branch. Ready for re-review.
