Description
The PR Review Panel stopped before launching Copilot: model-catalog requests returned HTTP 401 twice, preventing resolution of
COPILOT_MODEL=auto.COPILOT_GITHUB_TOKENand its Copilot authorization, followed by a workflow rerun.Type of change
Investigation only; the issue remains unresolved.
