This pull request introduces the new "onboarding-agent" package to the TypeAgent monorepo, providing a comprehensive agent for automating the integration of new applications or APIs into TypeAgent. It includes documentation, package setup, and the initial implementation of the Discovery phase (Phase 1) with its schema and grammar. Additionally, there are improvements to the agent server session manager to pre-initialize session dispatchers for better performance.
