Multi-stage build: mdbook + mdbook-mermaid compile all seven books via 'cargo xtask build' in a Rust builder stage; an unprivileged nginx stage serves the static output. No Rust toolchain or sources in the final image. Opt-in and self-contained under docker/ — the supported local development path remains 'cargo xtask serve'. Includes a build-only CI job so the Dockerfile cannot silently rot.
