This PR introduces a helper to allow GPS modules that use the Airoha AG3335 (Seeed MeshTracker X1 and T1000e for now) to use a low power sleep mode where the GPS's onboard RTC is kept powered and the ephemeris data is saved before cutting VCC. It relies on the module being wired with the
GPS_RTC_INT(for wake) andGPS_VRTC_EN(to power the GPS RTC) pins available.
