New variant for the Waveshare ESP32-C3-Zero. Fixes a chip-detection bug where SPIClass was constructed without specifying the SPI bus, causing radio init to silently fail on this board. WiFi companion mode tested and working; BLE companion is included but currently non-functional (documented in platformio.ini).
