Description

Fixes durability claims that contradict how Memgraph behaves: snapshot and WAL files written by Memgraph 2.0 or later load in newer versions, so the "not compatible between versions" warnings are gone. Also corrects when WAL files are deleted, adds rollback steps to the upgrade guide, and adds recovery steps for a damaged WAL or snapshot file to the troubleshooting pages.

Product PR

None, docs-only change.

Also fixes the data-durability and durability errors page descriptions, and fences the CREATE SNAPSHOT and SHOW SNAPSHOTS examples as cypher, and splits the snapshot interval examples so the Enterprise CRON one is separate. The CRON example was * * 12 * * * (every second during hour 12); it's now 0 0 12 * * * (daily at noon). Ran the Community examples on Memgraph 3.14.0; the CRON one needs the licensed CI run.

Snapshot and WAL files are backwards compatible since Memgraph 2.0; remove
the claims that they aren't. Correct when WAL files are deleted, add
rollback steps, and document recovery from a damaged WAL or snapshot file.
