docs\(playbooks\): fix the 53 drift findings from the held-files sweep - part 1 of 2 #12107
Proposed work class: work-class: scoped
Basis: automated intake triage; the lanes App applied this class.
Size: Small
Complexity: Low
Uncertainty: Known
Flags: none
Blocked by: none
Decision recorded.
#12128 (#12128) fixed 49 of this part's 50 rows. Each new pointer has an as-of date of 2026-11-01 and a recheck trigger. The three behavior-changing rows (criteria.md:467, criteria.md:1337, audit-instructions/SKILL.md:251) belong to #12108. Two rows close with the reason after a re-read. [...]
Left:
plugins/playbooks/skills/fable-5/context/calibration.md:72-75: the Mythos 5 local-registry reading is still "As of: 2026-08-03", past its own recheck trigger. Either re-run the registry read against the pinned Claude Code build and re-date the record, or reword the worked instance as dated history from 2026-08-03 so it does not read as current.
[quote truncated; the full decision is at the link] #12107 (comment)
The decision settles the open questions. One docs row remains: calibration.md:72-75. Choosing between re-running the registry read and rewording it as dated history doesn't change the design, so the issue lane can decide it from evidence. Recommendation: reword it as dated history, because it needs no pinned-build run.
The lanes App's pull request #12128 merged with Refs:, so this issue stays open and nothing starts the lane on it again. work-unblock removed status: ready and agent-ready, so the hourly triage sweep sends it back to intake triage. Admission then parks it at status: confirmed for a check of what that pull request left, until a **Decision recorded.** comment says what is left or someone closes it.
This records a re-fire of an earlier refusal, not a new refusal. The lanes kill switch stopped run 41387789472, the work-resolve-issue run that agent-ready started, before it did any work; that run ended at 2026-11-02T04:32:17Z. work-unblock has now removed and added agent-ready back to start a fresh run. A kill-switch refusal is no fault in this issue or the lanes, so it never counts against later re-fires; after limits.limit-stops-per-issue of them since a person last added agent-ready or a run last reported, work-unblock waits longer before each one, up to 24 hours.
