docs(multi-agent): sweep the 44 held files and post the final repo-mode count #12067

Outcome
#6916's first done-when item needs the repo-mode /multi-agent:audit-defaults sweep to cover every file on the target list, and a final comment with files covered, findings confirmed and findings refuted. The host-run records so far cover 158 of 202 files. The other 44 were held back while concise rewrites were in flight:

Since then, #11977 has rewritten 8 of the playbooks files. This slice sweeps those 44 files at current main and posts the final count.
