Add ONNX Runtime 1.25.1 C/C++ APIs through
mcpplibs.mwrap.onnxruntime, preservingOrt::and C API names and SDK type identities. The independent official CPU SDK provider owns headers, shared runtime, ABI constraints and deployed LICENSE/ThirdPartyNotices..configand.macrosinterfaces expose the SDK surface; preprocessing uses the textual bridge. The default project template executes an embedded Identity model without user assets.1.25.1. The independentmwrap-1.25.1tag avoids rewriting historical releases. Index PR #564 provides flatpkgs/mwrap/onnxruntime.luaand the official SDK provider; source and SDK CN mirrors are verified independently.Validation at exact PR head
45073fc979c8091f9d94988ea973e634fa5728ff: all four native CI jobs pass, including actual template inference. Local cold SDK installation, complete wrapper tests, export audit and generated Identity inference pass. Two candidate-archive downloads match every tracked file. Official SDK archives for all three platforms were downloaded twice, include their notices and match publicly fetched GitCode mirror bytes.Self-review: checked upstream/SDK version, exported original types, runtime/exception boundary, exact dependency identity, template rendering, bilingual links, source/archive bytes and unsupported-provider scope. No engine changes. Squash merge is followed by exact main-commit CI before tag/release; formal indexed-archive relocation and public-index installation remain ecosystem publication gates.
