compat.ffmpeg is 3-platform (PR#94). ffmpeg-m v0.0.3 released (platforms all 3,
sha 822e59d1…, CN mirror mcpp-res/ffmpeg@v0.0.3). ffmpeg.lua xpm.{linux,macosx,
windows} → 0.0.3. ffmpeg-module member widened to all 3 cfgs; test guard dropped
(unconditional — all platforms supported now, per user).

compat.ffmpeg 已三平台(PR#94)。ffmpeg-m v0.0.3 已发布(platforms 全 3,CN 镜像已验证 sha)。ffmpeg.lua → 0.0.3 三平台;ffmpeg-module 成员放宽到全 3 cfg,测试去掉平台 guard(无条件 import ffmpeg.av 断言 358 demuxer)。三腿 CI 验证 import ffmpeg.av 全平台。
