…cs/highgui/videoio+ffmpeg, aarch64 NEON) Build-validate the full-profile macOS-arm64 compat.opencv snapshot: videoio FFmpeg backend via the compat.ffmpeg dependency (now 3-platform), NEON dispatch. Test asserts imgproc/imgcodecs + a real mp4 encode→decode roundtrip through CAP_FFMPEG. Green → promote into compat.opencv per-OS macosx block.
Regenerated from snapshot with HAVE_COCOA disabled -> highgui BUILTIN_BACKEND=NONE (matches linux). Drops the window_cocoa.mm dependency that failed the previous link.

验证 macOS aarch64 compat.opencv 全 profile(core/imgproc/imgcodecs/highgui/videoio incl. FFmpeg backend)。videoio 走 compat.ffmpeg 依赖(已三平台)。快照由真实 macos-15 生成(cap_ffmpeg 已确认)。macos 腿构建 ~2000 C++ TU + NEON + mp4 roundtrip 断言。绿后提升进正式 compat.opencv per-OS macosx 段 + 放宽 4 个 opencv 成员到 cfg(macos)。
