The C library and the C++ run-time of the openkal 0.17 family, and the three packages of mcpplibs/openkal-image (one tag, one archive; each descriptor names its member manifest).
Tests: the openkal-musl member measures 0.22.0, the openkal member names the run-time 0.16.0 for its musl row, and a new openkal-tools member builds okld and okrun for each runner as a project that makes ok images declares them. GLOBAL archives were hashed twice and agree with the mcpp-res mirrors (openkal-image is a new mirror repository).
