Apply the common mwrap / xxx-m licensing policy requested after the initial identity migration. Wrapper contributions use Apache-2.0 with mcpp-community attribution in NOTICE, authors metadata and README badges. Original upstream README/license documents are retained under upstream/, with source records and SHA256 checks; inherited wrapper MIT notices remain separately identified. Upstream implementation and license terms remain unchanged.
Add explicit runtime deployment of wrapper and retained notices, and enforce license/owner/document checks in the release guard. English and Chinese READMEs agree. Local positive checks pass for all seven repositories; negative checks reject a wrong wrapper license, missing attribution, changed upstream bytes and omitted NOTICE deployment.
The initial identity PR #8 was already squash merged before this user refinement; this PR contains the follow-up correction.
Current candidate:
0ec0231fa4276b109134136234ffc67169bca6ec. Native CI at this exact commit, self-review, squash-commit CI and final published-index verification remain gates. No mcpp engine changes. Index integration: mcpplibs/mcpp-index#564.Final self-review at
0ec0231fa4276b109134136234ffc67169bca6ec: all current-head source/native/template workflows pass. The licensing correction leaves src/include/port/generated/third_party implementation paths unchanged; retained upstream document hashes, attribution, notice deployment, bilingual README links and byte-preserving Windows checkout were checked. Earlier implementation tests remain separately recorded. Publication still requires exact squash-commit CI and formal archive/mirror verification.
