Fixes a race condition where autoconf 2.13 may be installed prior to autoconf 2.69+ and end up linked into the main homebrew folder causing homebrew to throw errors when installing the later non sandboxed version

I'm not sure whether I have the right approach here by requiring libssh2 from homebrew. I can see how the memcached extension requires libmemcached although I certain if this would work with libssh2. |
