Work around matlab.addons.toolbox.packagetoolbox omitting symlinks in the resulting mltbx #227

matlab.addons.toolbox.packagetoolbox currently omits symlinks from the resulting mltbx. This results in MEX file failing to load because of missing dependencies. To work around this issue, convert the symlinks to their targets.
Fixes #226
