Prepare OpenNotes 1.3.2 (14) for App Review with the PDF export fixes from #25 and the text-placement fix from #27. Synchronize the Expo, iOS, Android, and Fastlane release identifiers and update localized release notes. Fullscreen PR #26 is excluded.
Validation: 61 tests passed, TypeScript passed, plist validation and version consistency checks passed, and
git diff --checkis clean. Simplify and security reviews found no issues in the release-only changes. The release's app changes were exercised in the iPad simulator: text insertion before/after scrolling, persistence after relaunch, and native PDF export with a rotated inserted image. The rendered PDF preserves the image, text, and 612 × 792-point page size. The simulator used freshly bundled candidate JavaScript with the unchanged native binary; the signed device archive also succeeded and its embedded identifiers were verified as com.builderpro.opennotes, version 1.3.2, build 14. GitHub CI passed.
