Draft follow-on to P0-E #634. Field screenshots show XCBR1.Pos subEna/subVal/subQ/subID FC=SV; opRcvd/opOk/tOpOk FC=OR; blkEna FC=BL while Browser displays Not read. Root cause: explicit Browser FC allowlist omitted SV OR BL even though device live type inventory may verify them. Extend read-only target admission without any writes, control operation, subscription changes or cyclic polling. IEDCard reserves fixed 5px row below endpoint with 2.5px existing progress line; Browser Read no longer activates masking BusyOverlay, so no card flicker/geometry shift. Synthetic read-plan/UI regression tests. Field READ results are pending; no fabricated scalar proof. Do not merge/release without exact-SHA CI and user physical verification.

Owner Author

D28: historical branch retired from the open integration queue by owner direction. Current operator-accepted evidence and published ARSAS baseline replace the old trial/capture workflow. No new capture is requested or required for archiving this PR. Close as not merged, preserve exact old HEAD d6bbb357873a97a90b7f3fbd16176afdf87a6055, source diff and all field conversations. Do not interpret closure as verification that unique code from this old candidate is present in the current release or as a waiver of any safety test. Accepted app, GitHub release and trial-engine pin remain unchanged.
