M2.17-L reconciliation: This branch diverged from the advancing #618 baseline and must not be merged as-is. The preserving two-parent integration commit 0236502 in #621 has both #618 and #620 HEADs as parents, takes latest #618 tree as baseline and incorporates corrected finite on-demand acquisition/DO focus while fixing pre-Dispatch visited-key poisoning. Follow-up 6417d59 extends real DO/DA navigation and expand clicks. Dataset FCDA remains exact; SIUnit/multiplier CF belong to Data Model. #621 currently awaiting exact-SHA Windows CI and physical acceptance; do not claim SSOT complete yet. No force push or mainline merge.

D27 historical PR consolidation — exact commit ancestry proves the RC already contains this work. Compare historical 53c3d7ecce49cf94850291aa27b2e9fecaa300a9 to integrated RC d4598619b1b8fc21487cf5beb83a8a8284d0e9cf: ahead_by=1140 and behind_by=0. Closing as absorbed/superseded, not claiming direct PR merge. Work is tracked in current RC #727; eventual mainline #729, hardware FAT, wire/PCAP, buffered SOE and engine trial gates remain separate.
