Adds an installable consumer skill for building camera features in React Native and Expo development builds. It directs agents to documentation matching the installed major, covers V5 setup and camera-specific lifecycle/resource constraints, and preserves existing library choices and V4 installations.
The implementation is one
skills/vision-camera/SKILL.mdplus a README installation command. Feature recipes link to canonical documentation rather than duplicating API examples.Validation: skill-creator validator, skills CLI discovery, all 11 linked documentation endpoints, and
git diff --checkpassed. An independent review checked Expo Go, existing V4, new V5 photo capture, and asynchronous frame-processing scenarios against the repository docs. No native code changed.
