Reconciles overlapping Dependabot PRs #67 and #70 after CommunityToolkit.Mvvm #66 merged. Updates IridiumIO.MVVM.VBSourceGenerators in both the WPF application and Watcher, preserving the existing PrivateAssets setting. Replaces the now-conflicted Dependabot branches; requires the normal Windows x64 build check.
