ci: use exact artifact action version comments - #36
Dependabot PRs fail the online zizmor audit because the artifact action SHA pins have moving major-version comments. The v7 and v8 tags now resolve to newer commits than the pinned releases.
Use the verified v7.0.1 and v8.0.1 comments for the existing SHAs. This changes three comments in the package workflow.
Validation:
GitHub release-tag lookups confirm both exact version comments match their pinned SHAs.
Zizmor 1.30.1 passes locally in offline mode. The PR workflow runs the existing online audit.
The existing Dependabot PRs target main. They need this fix on their base before rebasing or rerunning can clear the same failure.
