Description (*)

1. Set discount amount correctly for Bundle products
2. Both child and parent items in quote_item will have discount_amount correctly
3. parent discount will be sum of child
4. update discount_amount in quote_item for child&parent if parent match the rule & action condition
5. update discount_amount in quote_item for matching child & parent if any child match the rule & action condition

Fixed Issues

1. Fixes Bundle Product Discount Amount is not set in quote_item table #40276

Manual testing scenarios (*)

1. Test coupon & no coupon for Simple, Virtual, Bundle, Configurable, Grouped products (Mainly with parent+child combos)
