config: Add captive portal domains

I recently connected to a public wifi point where the Firefox detect portal redirected me through to these domains, and I had to add them to my config to access the portal. If this is intended behavior feel free to close.

Here is the problem: There are thousands of captive portal domains.

Are these two domains only specific to your current Wi-Fi provider, or are they common domain names used in a large amount of network gateway equipments?

network-auth is a domain used by Cisco equipment, globalreachtech is a captive portal solution provider for branded free wifi (who is used by at least Starbucks, haha). Unsure if you'd consider those common enough to include.
