frontends/desktop/static/loading.html，纯前端 UI 逻辑，不依赖 Tauri 后端 API，可独立 review/merge。
兼容性
不影响现有 Tauri 安装逻辑（如果后端已有创建快捷方式接口，
未来可以接入 UI 触发）。
