Proposed changes

Move the native SDK website and browser bundle from Netlify to Cloudflare, with Lowcoder-branded examples, a complete embedding API reference, and smaller parallel-loaded runtime chunks.

Replace the Netlify deployment workflow with a stable-release-only workflow. It requests the existing Cloudflare deploy hook only when the released tag, current main, and checked-out commit match. Cloudflare repeats the same guard before both building and deploying. Production push builds and preview builds remain disabled.

The Cloudflare commands and LOWCODER_SDK_DEPLOY_HOOK repository secret are configured. Merging this PR does not publish a release or deploy the SDK; the next stable release tagged at the current main commit activates this path.

Validation

• All 14 SDK contract, loader, documentation, and stable-release guard tests pass.
• Production SDK/site build and live native-embedding pages were verified during implementation.
• The exact GitHub merge result matches the tested local source tree byte-for-byte.
• Cloudflare guarded commands were saved and read back; production push builds and preview builds are disabled.
