Fix Chrome Installation for Puppeteer on Linux

Description

This PR updates the Chrome installation step in the CI workflow to use the correct @puppeteer/browsers CLI command with chrome@stable instead of the deprecated npx puppeteer browsers install chrome command.

Changes

• Updated .github/workflows/continuous-integration.yml to use npx @puppeteer/browsers install chrome@stable for installing Chrome on Linux runners
• This ensures proper Chrome installation for Puppeteer-based tests

Motivation

The previous command npx puppeteer browsers install chrome may not work correctly with newer versions of Puppeteer. The @puppeteer/browsers package provides a more reliable way to install Chrome for testing purposes.
