Show when the pump is suspended #803

Open

Description

@bjorkert

LoopFollow does not show when the pump is suspended. Suspend and resume only appear as markers in the graph, and the suspended flag in device status is not read.

Since nightscout/Trio#1697, Trio uploads the pump status read at upload time, and it also marks the pump as suspended during an Omnipod pod change and after a pod fault. Loop uploads a suspended flag in its pump status too.

LoopFollow should show the pump as suspended when device status says so. When device status does not say so, it should fall back to treatments: if the last Suspend Pump is not followed by a Resume Pump, a temp basal or a bolus, the pump is assumed to be suspended. The state could be shown next to the forecast, like the open loop symbol from #802.

This follows up on the review discussion in nightscout/Trio#1697.
