Expand scenarios.yaml with simulation scenarios exercising the receptionist across booking, amendment/cancellation, group reservations, billing and payment disputes, message taking, wake-up call escalation, guest privacy, concierge requests, emergencies, and sold-out walk handling, with expected final DB state for post-hoc grading.

Each scenario includes the expected final DB state so runs can be graded post-hoc against actual state.
