Add tutorials/video/minimax/minimax-h3.mdx covering the three native open-weights workflows (T2V, I2V, R2V) shipped with ComfyUI, including model downloads from Comfy-Org/MiniMax-H3, storage layout, and prompting tips. Update navigation for all four languages.
