P2 Badge Restore the Claude provider guidance

This footer replacement deleted the previous ## Provider-Specific Notes section, not just an old footer. In the Claude configuration, users copying this prompt no longer get the guidance about Claude's strengths and when to choose Claude versus Copilot/OpenAI; the same last---- handling also strips provider-selection/next-step sections in the neighbouring PRD docs. Please make the footer sync append after real trailing sections instead of replacing them.

Useful? React with 👍 / 👎.

Closed due to meta-agent sync issue: frontmatter metadata (last_updated, version) not updated for 60+ modified files. The meta-agent workflow should be handling this automatically. Recommend investigating the meta.agent.js frontmatter update logic before re-running the sync.
