Adds documentation for data apps under Build with AI → Data apps.

New pages:

• Overview – what data apps are (AI-built apps running in a sandbox/iframe, queries executed by Lightdash with viewer permissions).
• Creating a new app – where to create, what templates do, how to attach queries, dashboards, and images as context, and the query inspector.
• Sharing an app – moving apps into spaces; explains they then behave like other content in spaces.
• Best practices – iterating with prompts, using images for style, providing example data (with the caveat that the agent can see it).
• Data context and the app model – how queries are executed, what the agent can see while building vs. while running, and how permissions are enforced.

Also adds a new Data apps group to docs.json under the existing "Build with AI" tab.

Validation: mint validate and mint broken-links pass (only pre-existing warning unrelated to this change).
