I suggest saying here and everywhere else:
Initial list of signers (as of [date]): IPFS
if it is too complicated to get the dates, you can just leave it as:
Initial list of signers: IPFS
Also, please clarify - what is the goal of the change?
And I also want to verify the IPFS links content - how do I do it?
