docs: add Prisme to the UIs list

Summary

Adds Prisme to the UIs list in the README.

Prisme is a free, open-source (MIT) desktop app that uses stable-diffusion.cpp as its image backend. It installs the official sd.cpp release for the user's GPU (CUDA, Vulkan or Metal), pinned to a tagged release and verified by SHA-256, and calls sd-cli behind a simple chat-like interface for creating and editing images, with phone access on the local network.

This PR only adds one line to the UIs list.
