Описание
Реализована сортировка массива целых чисел на основе быстрой сортировки Хоара с последующим простым слиянием отсортированных частей.
Данные делятся на chunks по числу доступных потоков (omp_get_max_threads()), с обработкой случая n < threads.
Каждый чанк сортируется параллельно, так как чанки не пересекаются по индексам.
После локальной сортировки чанков выполняется последовательное поэтапное слияние в общий отсортированный диапазон.
