The Rationale section is the original author's, in his voice, so this goes underneath it rather than replacing it. Records the actual reason the fork was picked up: a shared FreeBSD account with nano and Python 3 on it, and no way to install a compiled editor.

Adds a short subsection under the existing Rationale, in the maintainer's voice, saying why the fork was picked up.
The original Rationale is the original author's first-person text, so this goes underneath it and is attributed, rather than edited.
The point it makes is one the README did not: most good terminal editors — kakoune, helix, micro — ship as compiled binaries, so on a locked-down or shared host you get whatever was installed for you. Suplemon installs anywhere Python 3 runs. That is a real distinguishing feature and it was not stated anywhere.
