Version bump and changelog for 0.3.3.
Contents since 0.3.2:
NCURSES_MOUSE_VERSION1 integers; every value exceptBUTTON1_RELEASEDmoved under version 2, so only left click worked.Unlike 0.3.2, this one does affect the installed package — anyone using mouse mode on a current ncurses gets it back.
Confirmed working in a real terminal before release.
