@edbworth In order to get this off our "PR plate", can you rebase and then push this again? The CRANE testing recipes were recently updated after the MOOSE submodule was updated, and a new push event is required to get them. |

As per Casey's comment, once you rebase and the CIVET test pass, I can merge this PR.
