site: document Echo Pro v0.2.0 - #483

Export labstack/echo-pro@cff49e6: install commands and reference pages name v0.2.0, and the docs use the renamed APIs (execution.Mode, error types ending in Error, quota.NewTopK returning an error with MustNewTopK). Accept the changed Pro API baseline, sync the shared publication corpus, and check the bundle version by format instead of a fixed value.
