It integrates 60+ methods for:

Spatial domain identification (SpaGCN, STAGATE, GraphST)
Cell type deconvolution (Cell2location, RCTD, DestVI)
Cell-cell communication (LIANA+, CellPhoneDB)
Trajectory analysis (CellRank, Palantir)

Supports spatial transcriptomics platforms: Visium, Xenium, MERFISH, Slide-seq
