chore: import cli-api modules using tag

Tags cli/go/v0.1.10 and workspace-configuration/go/v0.1.10 were necessary in the kortex-cli-api repository. They have been created manually, we can now import the modules using the tag.

Such tags will be created automatically for next api releases with kortex-hub/kortex-cli-api#27
