Fixed in 199f61a.

I updated the CI workflows to use Node.js 24 (.github/workflows/ci.yml and .github/workflows/lighthouse.yml), which resolves the build failure caused by running the updated cssnano/postcss toolchain on Node 18.

Fixed in a8a16df.

I updated src/css/index.css imports to explicit filesystem paths so @web/rollup-plugin-html can resolve them during rollup -c in CI.
