The Platform Requirements note credited the 1.125 floor to `@kkdev92/vscode-ext-kit` 2.0. This extension has been on ^3.0.0 for a while, and the real reason for the floor is that 1.125.0 is the newest `@types/vscode` published, so it is the newest API the kit can name. The acknowledgment still called it a utility library; 3.x is a framework, and this extension is its widest consumer rather than an incidental user of some helpers.
