Summary
Add reset-to-defaults support across Keyty settings and surface it in General settings. (#92)
This change adds reset plumbing for app, keyboard, mouse, and shortcut settings, introduces a reset action in General settings with confirmation, localizes the new strings across existing locales, and cleans up the settings architecture by introducing a scoped settings context and placement coordinator.
