Summary
Mirror the pointer icon overlay's idle
Always Visiblebehavior to the native macOS cursor visibility state. This keeps the overlay hidden when macOS auto-hides the cursor, such as during idle hover over video playback, while preserving transient pointer icon visibility during click, drag, and scroll activity.
This was feedback from user Kojelis from Reddit

Release Notes
Pointer icon overlays now follow the native cursor's hidden state, so
Always Visibleno longer keeps the icon onscreen when macOS auto-hides the cursor.
