Overview
Release 0.121.0 syncs the Python SDK with new API behavior for browsers, proxies, and vault 1Password flows.

Browsers can now pass network on browsers.update() (sync and async) via the new BrowserNetworkUpdateParam, so running sessions can replace or clear the egress allowed_hosts allowlist without recreating the session. Create/update docs now state that only allowed_hosts is mutable after creation.

Proxies no longer accept type="datacenter" in create/check types and models; datacenter config types are removed from the public surface. Callers must use isp, residential, mobile, or custom (tests now default to isp).

Vault 1Password access requests (1pw_create_access_request and 1pw_access_request_status) no longer require browser_id; operations are described as API-driven approval in the 1Password app rather than browser-extension based.

Version metadata (pyproject.toml, _version.py, manifest) and CHANGELOG.md are bumped to 0.121.0.
