Overview
Release 0.118.0 bumps package/docs versions and changelog; functional changes are in vault APIs.

Vault listing adds optional Query on VaultListParams for a case-insensitive name substring filter (vault IDs still match exactly).

Kernel payment vault items introduce a new kernel provider alongside Link and AgentCard. Wallets (KernelWalletVaultItemSpec, KernelWalletState) model VGS agentic network-token enrollment via a hosted card_enrollment flow. Cards (KernelCardVaultItemSpec, KernelCardState) represent single purchases funded by a Kernel wallet, with authorize/fill/checkout semantics documented in the SDK (including token_last4 on card masks). Card and wallet spec/state unions, upsert wallet specs, and related param helpers are wired through AsKernel() and union discriminators.

Operations and docs extend authorize and fill to cover Kernel cards (not only Link), and update deletion comments for vaults/items to describe blocking new payments and removing enrolled cards when deleting a connected Kernel wallet.
