Overview
Bumps the SDK to v0.56.0 (manifest, internal version constant, README install snippet) and updates release metadata/changelog for the new cut.

This release also reflects an updated OpenAPI spec and exposes POST /projects in the public API, including removing the outdated “feature flag required” note from ProjectService.New documentation.
