Note

Low Risk
Low risk release-metadata change: only version/changelog updates plus a .gitignore tweak to exclude the generated oidc directory.

Overview
Release 0.2.3 metadata update. Bumps the library version from 0.2.2 to 0.2.3 across package.json, package-lock.json, .release-please-manifest.json, and src/version.ts, and adds a CHANGELOG.md entry for 0.2.3.

Housekeeping: updates .gitignore to exclude the generated oidc directory from the repo.
