Overview
This PR removes datacenter proxies as a documented product and steers readers toward ISP, residential, mobile, and custom instead.

The dedicated proxies/datacenter page is deleted, the Proxies nav entry is dropped, and /proxies/datacenter now redirects to /proxies/isp. Proxy overview, auth custom-proxy guidance, stealth/bot-detection proxy choice, intro/feature cards, and the Vercel Eve extension tool list no longer mention datacenter as an option.

SDK/CLI examples that used type: 'datacenter' (TypeScript, Python, Go) are switched to ISP, including bypass-host and health-check copy. CLI and manage_proxies MCP docs drop datacenter from --type / type and from the bot-detection quality ordering.

ISP page copy is slightly tightened (still notes datacenter hosting). Per the PR note, changelog and Acceptable Use still mention datacenter where historical or policy wording applies.
